Физиотерапия инсомний: современные представления (обзор)
Аннотация
Обоснование. Старение населения, рост информационной и психоэмоциональной нагрузки, ухудшение экологии привело к тому, что жалобы на расстройства ночного сна всё чаще упоминаются при обращении больных за медицинской помощью. Результаты последних исследования показали, что инсомния является фактором риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений, оказывает негативное влияние на течение сопутствующих заболеваний, повышая риск их обострения и смертности. Приём лекарственных препаратов связан с рядом проблем: формирование зависимости, снижение когнитивной функции, нарушения дневного функционирования и др. Поэтому использование немедикаментозных методов лечения инсомний имеет большие перспективы.
Материалы и методы. Материалы подготовлены на основе анализа российских и зарубежных научных публикаций, метаанализов и систематических обзоров исследований, в которых физиотерапия использовалась, как немедикаментозный способ лечения инсомнии. Методы физиотерапии рассмотрены в контексте доказательной медицины.
Результаты. Рассмотренные методики существенно расширяют представления о немедикаментозной терапии инсомний, что может использоваться для коррекции синдрома инсомнии и в комплексном лечении многих заболеваний. Физические факторы в лечении инсомний могут применяться как самостоятельно, так и в составе реабилитационных программ по лечению других заболеваний.
Заключение. В последних научных исследованиях всё больше появляется информации о влиянии расстройств сна на течение тех или иных заболеваний. Терапевтические возможности как правило ограничены из‐за отсутствия в настоящее время безопасных и эффективных фармакологических средств для длительного применения. В статье обобщен современный опыт применения физиотерапии в лечении инсомнии.
