Липопептидные биосурфактанты для повышения нефтеотдачи: характеристика и эффективность
Аннотация
Обоснование. Нефть сохраняет статус ключевого ресурса мировой энергетики, обеспечивая приблизительно 30% глобального энергопотребления. Однако традиционные методы первичной и вторичной добычи извлекают лишь 20-40% запасов нефти, что стимулирует развитие методов увеличения нефтеотдачи (МУН). Среди них биологические (микробные) методы увеличения нефтеотдачи (БМУН), основанные на применении биосурфактантов, синтезируемых микроорганизмами, – «зеленых» аналогов синтетических поверхностно-активных веществ – демонстрируют высокий потенциал для зрелых месторождений с высоким содержанием остаточной нефти.
Цель – оценить эффективность применения биосурфактантов, продуцируемых штаммами-продуцентами Bacillus sp. 2а и Peribacillus sp. 2b для увеличения нефтеотдачи при добыче трудноизвлекаемой нефти.
Материалы и методы. Исследования проводили в условиях лабораторного эксперимента. Использовали липопептидные биосурфактанты, экстрагированные из культур штаммов Bacillus sp. 2а и Peribacillus sp. 2b. Их липопептидную природу подтверждали методом ИК-спектроскопии, а поверхностную активность (величину поверхностного натяжения) оценивали методом кольца Дю Нюи. Эффективность применения для МУН определяли в модельных экспериментах по вытеснению нефти Ромашкинского месторождения из песчаных колонок.
Результаты. Данные ИК-спектроскопии выявили липопептидную природу биосурфактантов. Биосурфактант штамма Bacillus sp. 2а снижал поверхностное натяжение до 29,6 мН/м (пик активности на 24–48 ч), обеспечивая прирост нефтеотдачи 31.2% в модельном эксперименте. Для штамма Peribacillus sp. 2b минимальное поверхностное натяжение составило 52,8 мН/м (достигнуто к 48 ч), с увеличением нефтеотдачи 23,2%. Эффективность дополнительной нефтеотдачи, обеспеченной биосурфактантов, продуцированным штаммом Bacillus sp. 2а сопоставима с результатами синтетического ПАВ (31,2% и 29,3%, соответственно).
