РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ, КРИТЕРИИ ОЦЕНКИ И МЕТОДЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ИНТЕРНЕТ-АДДИКЦИИ
Аннотация
Цель: обзор отечественных и зарубежных исследований в области интернет-аддикции.
Материалы и методы. Представлен обзор литературы и проанализированы научные исследования о распространенности интернет-аддикции по данным исследователей различных стран. Авторами проведен научный поиск с использованием соответствующих ключевых слов, в поисковых системах PubMed и Google Scholar, по базам данных Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Global Health, CyberLeninka, РИНЦ (eLIBRARY.RU) и другим.
Результаты. Интернет-зависимость широко распространена среди детей, подростков и лиц юношеского возраста и с каждым годом их число возрастает. В большинстве проведенных исследований для выявления интернет-зависимости использовались наиболее доступные методы исследования – опросники, анкетирование. У лиц раннего юношеского возраста, склонных к интернет-зависимости отмечаются тревожно-депрессивные состояния, затруднения в выполнении работы, высокая возбудимость.
Заключение. Результаты исследований интернет-зависимости проведенные в разных странах мира доказывают, что этот феномен имеет мировую распространенность и в настоящее время остаются вопросы по нозологической принадлежности, диагностическим критериям, клиническим проявлениям и особенно профилактике интернет-зависимости.
