Дубильные веществ конденсированного типа (проантоцианидины) в животноводстве: противопаразитарная активность (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
Обоснование. Паразитарные болезни сельскохозяйственных животных широко распространены и являются одной из причин колоссального экономического ущерба, вследствие негативного влияния на рост и развитие животных, и связанного с этим снижения продуктивности. Для сокращения потерь и качества животноводческой продукции, сохранения здоровья животных необходимо проведение терапии и профилактики гельминтозов с применением высокоэффективных и безопасных антигельминтиков. Снижение эффективности, имеющихся в арсенале лекарственных препаратов, вследствие формирования устойчивости к ним гельминтов, а также в силу их токсичности, определяет необходимость поиска альтернативных источников биологически активных соединений с антигельминтными свойствами.
Цель. Обзор и анализ отечественных и зарубежных научных публикаций, посвященных исследованиям по использованию в животноводстве в качестве антигельминтных средств растений, содержащих проантоцианидины (ПАЦ).
Материалы и методы. В основу работы положен анализ оригинальных статей и литературных обзоров, поиск которых осуществлялся в отечественных и зарубежных электронных базах данных научных публикаций PubMed, eLibrary, Scopus, Embase, Medline, GoogleScholar. Глубина поиска охватывает период 2000 – 2025 гг., доля литературных источников за 5 последних лет составляет 37 %, за 10 – 70 %. В исследовании были использованы методы структурного и системного анализов.
Результаты. Проантоцианидины широко изучается в целях их применения в качестве кормовых добавок в составе растительного сырья, экстрактов из него, и выделенных индивидуальных веществ при выращивании крупного и мелкого рогатого скота, в свиноводстве и птицеводстве. Результаты экспериментов in vitro, in situ и in vivo раскрывают вопросы корреляции концентрации проантоцианидинов и степени проявления противоглистного эффекта, а также формирования показателей продуктивности животных; действие химических препаратов аналогичного фармакологического действия на фоне совместного применения с проантоцианидинами, фазы развития растения, характеризующиеся наибольшим накоплением проантоцианидинов. Изучается действие проантоцианидинов на различных стадиях жизненного цикла паразитов: вылупления яиц, стадии линьки, взрослые особи. Показано, что основным местом антигельминтного эффекта проантоцианидинов является кутикула, связывание происходит с поверхностными белками кишечной мембраны, что приводит к нарушению процесса линьки и потере подвижности, а также секреции ферментов. Рассматриваются вопросы синергизма и антагонизма проантоцианидинов с другими группами биологически активных веществ растений и синтетических препаратов антигельминтного действия, а также грибов-нематодофагов.
Заключение. В рамках настоящей работы проанализировано около двухсот научных публикаций отечественных и зарубежных авторов, показывающих что на современном этапе развития животноводства исследования по изучению использования растительных источников дубильных веществ конденсированного типа как противопаразитарных средств, занимают важное место в аспекте улучшения состояния здоровья животных, а, следовательно, и питательной ценности продукции животноводства. В качестве перспективы подчеркивается расширения экспериментов in vivo. Однако следует отметить, что в отечественной ветеринарии уделяется недостаточно внимания поиску и изучению растительных источников богатых проантоцианидинами с целью дегельминтизации сельскохозяйственных животных.
