Дозозависимое влияние цитрата кальция на процессы минерализации, эндокринные функции и метаболический статус у кур-несушек
Аннотация
Обоснование. Цитрат кальция рассматривается как перспективная органическая форма кальция с высокой биодоступностью.
Цель – оценка динамики минерального обмена, метаболического статуса и качества яичной скорлупы у кур-несушек (Gallus gallus L.) кросса Хайсекс Браун при частичной замене известняка (CaCO3) в рационе птицы на цитрат кальция (Ca3(C6H5O7)2).
Материалы и методы. Опыт проведен на курах-несушках, распределённых между контрольной и тремя опытными группами (n = 30): ОГ1, ОГ2 и ОГ3, где 10%, 20% и 30% известняка рациона заменяли на цитрат кальция. Исследовали морфологические и биохимические показатели крови, уровень гормонов, маркеры костного ремоделирования, а также элементный состав сыворотки, берцовой кости и яичной скорлупы.
Результаты. Наиболее выраженные положительные сдвиги были выявлены при 20% замещении: увеличение концентраций Ca, P и K в скорлупе, снижение H/L-индекса, повышение уровня остеопротегерина (OPG) и снижение концентрации паратиреоидного гормона в сыворотке крови. Напротив, при 30% замещении отмечены признаки метаболической нагрузки – рост концентрации АЛТ при одновременном снижении концентраций OPG, меди, цинка и железа. Во всех группах уменьшалось содержание Sr и Ba в костной ткани и скорлупе. Таким образом, замена 20% известняка рациона цитратом кальция целесообразна и способствует улучшению минерального гомеостаза и качества скорлупы. Более высокие дозы требуют коррекции микроэлементного состава рациона. Цитрат кальция проявляет себя как биоактивный модулятор минерального и энергетического обмена.
