ПРЕПАРАТЫ НА ОСНОВЕ ЭРГОАЛКАЛОИДОВ В ПРАКТИКЕ ВЕТЕРИНАРНОЙ МЕДИЦИНЫ (ОБЗОР КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ СЛУЧАЕВ)
Аннотация
Состояние вопроса. Лекарственные препараты на основе эргоалкалоидов (алкалоиды спорыньи) находят широкое применение в ветеринарной медицине.
Целью данной работы был анализ клинических случаев и оценка актуальных результатов применения ингибиторов пролактина, агонистов дофамина и утеротоников ветеринарного назначения на основе эргоалкалоидов.
Материалы исследования. Был проведен анализ клинических случаев и оценка актуальных результатов применения ингибиторов пролактина, агонистов дофамина и утеротоников ветеринарного назначения на основе эргоалкалоидов.
Результаты. В ветеринарии агонисты дофамина (каберголин, метерголин, бромокриптин) используются в случаях ингибирования нежелательной лактации, прерывания беременности у собак и кошек, лечения анэструса и ложной беременности у собак. Перголид (агонист дофамина) показывает высокую эффективность и массово применяется при терапии дисфункции промежуточной части гипофиза у лошадей и пони (болезнь Кушинга, Pituitary pars intermedia dysfunction, PPID). Каберголин также демонстрирует эффективность при данной патологии и болезни Кушинга у собак.
В ветеринарии сельскохозяйственных животных утеротонические препараты на основе эргометрина малеата (эргоновина) и метилэргометрина могут быть использованы для стимуляции родов, предотвращения послеродовых маточных кровотечений, пролапса матки, удаления жидкости из атонической матки и других патологических состояний, а также для облегчения проведения хирургических процедур. Эргометрин ускоряет процесс инволюции матки, снижает риск развития послеродовых патологий, сокращает сроки наступления первой послеродовой течки и индуцирует раннее изгнание плодных оболочек.
Каберголин используется для безопасного прекращения лактации при индукции сухостойного периода у высокопродуктивных молочных коров. Такой подход способствует повышению пролиферации и ремоделированию ткани молочной железы, а также снижению метаболического стресса, предотвращает развитие мастита и других интрамаммарных инфекций в сухостойный период и после отела.
К нетипичным клиническим случаям применения каберголина и метилэргометрина можно отнести альтернативные (безоперационные) методы терапии пиометры у собак. Тем не менее, консервативные (хирургические) методы лечения этого заболевания остаются общепринятыми в ветеринарной практике, сообщения об альтернативных (медикаментозных) подходах требуют тщательного анализа и дальнейших детальных исследований.
У кошек, используемых для разведения, медикаментозная терапия может быть решением проблем, связанных с развитием пиометры, однако каждый случай требует тщательного анализа клинического состояния животного и индивидуального подхода.
Сообщалось, что каберголин может быть применен при лечении кошек с гиперсоматотропизмом и сахарным диабетом. Этот подход демонстрирует противоречивые результаты, эффективность, по всей видимости, зависит от тяжести течения и сроков заболевания.
Заключение. Препараты на основе эргоалкалоидов показывают высокую эффективность в некоторых клинических случаях рутинной ветеринарной практики и схемах лечения сельскохозяйственных животных.
