Проблема факторов психического развития и здоровья детей, рожденных с применением вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий

Аннотация

Обоснование. Недостаток сведений о перспективах развития детей, рожденных после лечения с использованием вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий (ВРТ), указывают на необходимость систематизации данных о факторах, обусловливающих особенности их развития и здоровья.

Цель. Обзор отечественных и зарубежных исследований в области выявления факторов и особенностей их системного взаимодействия, обусловливающих развитие детей, рожденных с применением ВРТ.

Материалы и методы. По ключевым словам был проведен анализ зарубежных и отечественных исследований, входящих в базы данных научных публикаций: библиотека РФФИ, РИНЦ, «КиберЛенинка», PsyJournals, Scopus, Web of Science и других (годы публикации 2010–2024), в которых были приведены результаты влияния факторов на состояние здоровья и показатели развития детей, рожденных благодаря использованию ВРТ.

Результаты. Установлен перечень факторов, доказывающий, что дети, рожденные посредством ВРТ, испытывают на себе влияние особых условий, не все из которых поддаются контролю и воздействию со стороны медицины. Потенциал здоровья ребёнка на ранних этапах онтогенеза определяется биологическими факторами, но успешность развития на дальнейших возрастных этапах определяется качеством социальной ситуации развития, которую создают родители ребёнка с помощью своего взаимодействия с ним, друг с другом, устойчивостью психического здоровья, социально-экономическими возможностями и др.

Заключение. Взаимное комплексное воздействие факторов оказывает разное влияние на показатели здоровья и особенности психического развития ребёнка, и указывает на целесообразность внедрения комплексных профилактических программ сопровождения семей с детьми от беременности посредством ВРТ.
